None of the products sold on this site are medications, nor are they considered to be medicated cosmetics of any kind. The information and products we provide as well as the herbs we choose to use in our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
If using a product for the first time, it is highly suggested that you do a skin test in a small inconspicuous area of your body such as the inside of your elbow. If a rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
Our products are not packed full of preservatives like the products you buy in most big department stores (due to their need to be stored on shelves for lord knows how long), so we suggest that you keep our products out of hot cars (and glove compartments), sunny windows, and hot, moist bathrooms. It is highly recommended that you use our products within six months of purchase to take advantage of their natural goodness. We do use preservatives, but only the minimum amount necessary (per manufacturers suggested use). We make only enough lotions and creams at a time to insure what you get is as fresh as possible.
